Pochampally Pure Silk Sarees

Our Pochampally Collection celebrates the iconic handloom sarees from Bhoodan Pochampally, Telangana, one of India’s most respected Ikat weaving centres. Known for its striking geometric patterns and vibrant colour play, Pochampally Ikat is created using the traditional tie-and-dye technique, where designs are dyed directly onto the yarns before weaving. Mostly single ikkat, however these days in many sarees, both warp and weft are resist-dyed — a complex process known as double ikat, admired across the world.

Woven in pure silk, cotton, and silk-cotton blends, these sarees are crafted by skilled weaving families who have preserved this art for generations. Recognised with Geographical Indication (GI) status in 2005, Pochampally Ikat represents authenticity, heritage, and craftsmanship.
