Return & Exchange Policy
This policy applies only to domestic orders within India.
At My Clothing Treasure, every saree is carefully inspected before dispatch. As our collections consist of authentic handwoven and limited pieces, we request you to read our return policy before placing your order.
Authentic handwoven sarees may have slight variations in weave, texture, colour and hand-finished details. These are natural characteristics of handcrafted products and are not considered defects.
Return Eligibility
You may request a return within 7 days of receiving your order if:
- You receive a damaged or defective product.
- You receive an incorrect product.
- The product significantly differs from the description or images on our website.
For damaged, defective or incorrect products, please notify us within 24 hours of delivery and share clear photographs so we can assist you promptly.
Condition Requirements
To be eligible for a return, the product must be:
- Unused, unwashed and unaltered.
- Free from perfume, makeup, stains, odour or any signs of wear.
- Returned with all original tags (if applicable).
- Returned in its original My Clothing Treasure saree bag and original fold.
Products that do not meet these conditions may not qualify for a return.
Non-Returnable Items
Returns or exchanges are not applicable for:
- Sarees with fall and pico completed.
- Sale or discounted products.
- Customized or specially ordered products.
Return Process
To initiate a return, please email us at myclothingtreasure@gmail.com within the eligible return period.
Once your request is approved, we will arrange the return pickup and share the necessary instructions.
Returns sent without prior approval will not be accepted.
Refunds & Exchanges
Once the returned product is received and successfully passes our quality inspection, your refund or exchange will be processed within 7–10 working days.
Refunds will be credited to the original payment method used for the purchase.
A ₹500 restoration charge will apply if the saree is not returned in its original fold and original My Clothing Treasure saree bag, as handwoven sarees require careful refolding and presentation before they can be offered again.
