The pure mulberry silk khandua pata is also popular for being extremely light weight. This is also know as "bandha kala" and Khandua Silks are truly master pieces depicting culture of Odisha since 12th Century. These are available in both Silk and Cotton fabric. An absolutely rich gorgeous coffee 4ply Khandua Silk Saree with tarabali pattern on the body. This saree is a revived edition with 4 ply silk in warp & weft instead of 3 ply like the khandua patta sarees weaved traditionally. The palla is again done keeping in mind the aesthetics of modern women in pure silk.
